Aris S Kyprianou is the Managing Director of CEB Business Development Limited a Cyprus based organization operating in the Energy and Infrastructure sectors. Aris S Kyprianou has extensive experience in complex infrastructure and energy projects . Aris S Kyprianou is an acting Special Representative and Advisor of the President of the Republic of Cyprus. Aris Kyprianou holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

   Marios Vourgos is the CFO of CEB Business Development Limited, a Cyprus based organization operating in the Energy and Infrastructure industries and sectors. Prior to his present position he served as the Director of Corporate Finance and European affairs of a Cluster of Chinese companies located in Cyprus and with the aim to expand in the EMEA Region. He also served as Managing Director of the European Institute of Cyprus (EIC), an Institution reporting to the Cyprus Ministry of Foreign Affairs and specializing on European Funding programmes as well as on European Affairs. Mr. Vourgos worked for many years in the field of Corporate Finance as Director of Finance and Corporate Strategist with major Cypriot organizations such as Severis & Athienitis, Melas Group of Companies and Francoudi & Stephanou as well as Fund Manager for Russian and Serbian Investment Funds. He is responsible for the public listing of many major Cypriot blue chip corporations at the Cyprus Stock Exchange as well as for a number of important Mergers and Acquisitions amongst Cypriot and International corporations. He also worked in the apparel and textile sector in the US and served as a consultant to the XPORT Department of New York-New Jersey, for the exporting of American apparel products to Japan. Marios Vourgos holds an abd (all but dissertation) PhD as well as an M.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and the Wharton School of Business, specializing in International Relations, International Political Economy, Multinational Management and Finance. He also holds an MBA from the Philadelphia College of Textiles & Sciences, specializing in Textiles, Apparel Production and Merchandising. He completed his BA at the University of Westminster majoring in Economics and with minor areas of study Statistics and Psychoanalysis.

   Nicolas Papadakis was born in 1974. He graduated from Coventry University 1998 with a degree in Oil, Gas and Energy Management, Obtained an MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology 2006 1999-2003 and worked at the Stat Oil in the trading department, where he rose through the ranks from to become a Senior Analyst. He joined BP (from June 2007) as Deputy Operation Manager.
